About the Fund

Alex Ewart was 18 when he went to Nepal to spend some 4 months in a remote rural village as a volunteer teacher, prior to taking up his place at Nottingham University to study Psychology. Alex had been a student at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford and was a committed christian, a member of St Johns Church, Wonersh in Surrey.
